Born: May 29, 1983
in
Birmingham, Alabama
Occupation: Junior Agent, Fringe
Division, FBI
Stationed
in Boston, Massachusetts
Dr. Saito’s
Observations:
Agent Farnsworth is a bit of an unsung hero of the Fringe Team. In the mission
reports her achievements are often overshadowed by Dr. Bishop and her boss
Agent Dunham. However, for much of the decoding and computational aspects of
the Fringe cases, she is the driving force behind these pieces of the cases
getting solved.
As
per her mission reports/journal, Agent Farnsworth is a little overworked being
Dr. Bishop’s lab assistant, as he requires a lot of attention. However, Agent
Farnsworth works through the roadblocks that Dr. Bishop’s needs for food and
other particular items and is still able to do all of the “behind-the-scenes”
casework that Agent Dunham needs done. Her skills in linguistics and computer science were invaluable to solving the Fringe cases. I feel bad that she hadn’t made it
beyond Junior Agent until 2014.
She eventually set up her own private investigation bureau outside of Fringe Division in 2020, that looks into strange and unusual cases. She is has become a valuable source of information for many agents looking into fringe cases and often is called in to act as an informant or a consulting detective when things get too tough for the Agents of Fringe Division.
Disclaimer: This is my Multimodial Project for Otis College's Writing in the Digital Age Class. There is no Dr. Saito, and I do not have a professional opinion on the science behind Fringe.
