Occupation: Executive Director of Massive Dynamic

Dr. Saito’s Observations: Ms. Sharp is a close associate of both Dr. Bell and Dr. Bishop. Bell frequently disappeared from his duties at Massive Dynamic, leaving Nina Sharp in charge of the company. She has level 4 clearance in Fringe Division because she and Massive Dynamic secretly help the department in researching and uncovering secrets behind the fringe events. She works closely with Colonel Phillip Broyles and was part of the oversight committee that reviewed his choices when he first put the Fringe Team together.

Nina eventually moved on from being a neutral, sometimes helpful, sometimes not, source for Fringe Division and eventually began supplying the team with equipment vital to some of their investigations. After Dr. Bell's death, Dr. Bishop inherited the company, while Ms. Sharp still basically ran the company, as Dr. Bishop preferred to work on the Fringe cases. Also Dr. Bishop had a habit of... recreational drug use before having business meetings with his employees.

 And, after Dr. Bishop's disappearance, Ms. Sharp now had full control of the company; which was nothing new since she was running Massive Dynamic long since Dr. Bell started to shirk his responsibilities to the company.

She formed a solid alliance with Fringe Division and supplied them with equipment to deal with their cases, which really became much more tame after 2014. The equipment they have now would be very useful to the FBI, but Ms. Sharp is being very tight fisted about her equipment, and is only letting the agents of the former Fringe Division and her employees handle it.
